Our Approach

Assignments are executed from the initiation phase to the completion of the project, including the subsequent aftercare. Before starting the design process, we make a 'Plan Survey'; this project investigation .can be carried out for relatively low cost. It examines whether the demands of the customer are in line with the available budget. In this study not only the construction cost (incl. fire safety aspects, energy consumption management etc.) are investigated, but also all the other ancillary costs. This provides an exact overview of the investment costs for the client. On this basis, the client may decide whether or not to continue with the next phase. The program of requirements and budget estimates form the basis for the design and will be reviewed and monitored during this entire process. In design, we always pay attention to innovative and sustainable solutions, as well as new material applications. During the technical development of the project and tender phase, we see to it that the previously established budget will not be exceeded. During the construction process, we perform the project supervision, management and control of the quality and detailing out. Through this integrated approach, the final deviations from the 'Plan Survey' do not exceed 5% -7%.
